I purchased an item in person and noticed your prices are different, why?

When we do events, we usually are part of a shop booth (Jon Jon Motorsports) and we have different prices at events because these are the prices the shop agreed to let me have for being able to setup at their booth. 

I want a card made but of a specific template you don't have, can you make a new one?

For the most part we stick to using the base templates we created for both Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokémon cards. If you would like a certain template made, please message us on Instagram or send us an email so we can try to make a template for you.

A sticker I want to purchase is sold out, can I pre-order for a restock?

If there is a continued interest in a sticker that is sold out, we'll open pre-orders while we wait for the restocks to arrive from production. However, if there is a sticker that hasn't been popular, there is a good chance these will not return so make sure to purchase them while they are still available!!

Is there a return policy?

As of right now we do not offer returns just so we don't have to inconvenience the customer with having to ship us back the product. If you received a defective/damaged product, please reach out to us so we can work something out!

Do you take commissions for stickers?

Sadly, no. We're always open to feedback on what characters/shows you'd like to see more stickers of but since we don't cut/print our stickers we aren't able to create as many sticker designs as we'd like due to our production company requiring a MOQ.
